Mesej ini adalah untuk mengingatkan para pengguna Letzhop.com tentang penggunaan asas forum, penerimaan sikap dan tanggungjawab semua pihak termasuk moderator.
- Sentiasa menghantar mesej pada tempat yang betul. Baca ringkasan forum sebelum menghantar mesej.
- Sentiasa menghormati pengguna2 forum yang lain.
- Mesej yang menghina atau memburukkan seseorang mahupun sesuatu akan diberikan amaran dan kemungkinan pengguna tersebut disekat dari melayari forum ini.
- Elakkan dari menghantar lampiran atau gambar2 yang besar.
- Gunakan tajuk yang mudah difahami.
- Gunakan TEST forum untuk cuba menghantar mesej.
- Jangan menghantar informasi yang berunsurkan sulit dan rahsia.
- Pihak admin dan moderator berhak memadam atau menyunting mesej yang telah dihantar.
- Peraturan dan panduan ini juga digunakan untuk "Private Messaging".
- Tandatangan dan "avatar" yang tidak munasabah akan dikeluarkan dari forum ini.
Peraturan dan panduan ini akan sentiasa dikemaskini dari masa ke semasa.
